ABOUT ME
Welcome,
I hold a deep belief in the power of human connection, community, and our innate capacity for healing and growth. My practice is a space where compassion and curiosity meet evidence-based approaches and intuitive understanding. I offer a professional relationship grounded in empathy, integrity, and genuine presence; a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
Drawing from an integrative blend of Neuroscience, Epigenetics, EMDR, Energetics, Spirituality, and Psychology, I support individuals in exploring the patterns that shape their emotional world guiding gently on self-efficacy, helping you to develop tools for self-awareness and change. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, guided by respect for your lived experience and paced according to your readiness and needs. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and a grounded sense of calm.
I believe that healing doesn’t have to be heavy — it can also be empowering, enlightening, and expansive. Through reflection and gentle challenge, we can make space for both growth and grace; for moments of insight, relief, and renewal.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy combines psychology, social work, neuroscience, epigenetic's and energetics. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including Community Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, non-government, government and private sector. Currently I work in private practice, providing one on one counselling and professional supervision. I also work with NSW Health specialising in addictions. I see my role as a gateway to open the conversation, reduce the stigma, shame a fear about substance use.
I have an eclectic toolkit of skills, concepts and theories I draw upon. I base my work on an integrative model of care.
To meet someone where they are is the most important place to start. I offer a steady, compassionate, heartfelt presence.

"Your scars are not your shame...
they are your story and I love stories." Atticus
